There is no mechanism to prevent websites from checking the real browser you are using.

How to Fix UA-Related Problems?

The User Agent is not perfect, so I recommend not using the User Agent changer.
However, if you want to use the User Agent changer, you can use some add-ons for it, and exclude the websites where problems occur.
